The Process

Most of our projects start with an initial consultation face to face via zoom or Google hangouts. It is a great opportunity to get to know each other better, talk about your business needs and answer any questions you might have. After the initial conversation, I assess your current situation with the unique “HR for Life Health check”, a questionnaire that gives me the opportunity to understand your business better. Knowing your unique business needs allows me to develop tailored solutions within specific focus areas. In a second consultation, we discuss different measures and decide what we want to implement first. Now the exciting part begins, the implementation of the unique HR and Talent solutions. We finish HR for Life projects with retrospective feedback and a catch-up where we discuss possible next steps.
